International buyers

Your U.S. property search starts with a local team.

We represent buyers directly in Arizona. Opportunities in other states are coordinated through appropriately licensed local professionals.

Who this is for

Buyers in Mexico or abroad purchasing a home in Arizona, in English or Spanish.

What our team helps you do

We search, tour remotely or in person, introduce lenders, and coordinate title, escrow, and closing.

What happens when you contact us

Vicente or Veronica replies personally and outlines the next steps for your situation.

  • Understanding your objectives
  • Identifying appropriate properties
  • Coordinating local and remote tours
  • Introducing lenders experienced with international borrowers
  • Helping compare lender-provided proposals
  • Coordinating with title, escrow, legal, and tax professionals
  • Supporting the transaction through closing

Buying from Mexico: your checklist

Identity, funds, and closing requirements are confirmed by the lender, escrow, and title professionals. Not every transaction can close remotely, and no single ownership structure suits everyone. Purchasing property does not confer residency or visa status.

Glossary

Escrow
A neutral third party holds funds and documents until all conditions of the sale are met.
Title insurance
Protects against defects in ownership records. Comparable in purpose to a notary's title review in Mexico.
Earnest money
A good-faith deposit made after an offer is accepted, held in escrow.
ITIN
A U.S. tax identification number issued by the IRS to people without an SSN. Some situations may require one; ask your tax advisor.
HOA
Homeowners association: community rules and monthly or annual dues.
Contingencies
Conditions written into the contract—such as inspection or financing—that must be met for the sale to proceed. If one is not met, you can usually withdraw and recover your deposit.
Closing costs
The one-time expenses paid when the sale completes: title and escrow fees, taxes, and lender charges. They are separate from the price of the home.
